HelioX Pass Rewards

HelioX Pass rewards are transitioning from small quarterly payouts to a single, final rewards claim and payout in November 2026. This consolidation allows for a more substantial distribution for long-term holders.

Claim Period: Visit this site between August 1 and October 31, 2026. To verify, connect your wallet and sign a message to prove ownership of your Pass(es). Eligible passes will receive rewards via a USDC airdrop in early November 2026.

Quarterly rewards have historically been small (~$3) and variable (averaging ~$1.50 at current SOL prices). Moving to a single final payout provides several technical and financial advantages:

• • Allows rewards to compound within the pool over a longer duration.
• • Enables a minimum bonus contribution of $250,000 to the total pool.
• • Prioritizes long-term holders over merchants using the pass primarily for discounts.
• • Provides an immediate payout equivalent to what would otherwise take over 7 years to accumulate.
• • Ensures better alignment with long-term sustainability and compliance requirements.

Wallets holding a HelioX Pass during the eligibility snapshots will qualify.

• • Snapshot Dates: November 3, 2025, and October 31, 2026.
• • Requirements: You must hold the pass in your wallet at these specific times.
• • Exclusions: Only non-merchant passes that have NOT been used for fee discounts during the eligibility period are eligible for the payout.

The HelioX Pass retains its utility after the final payout. Holders can continue to use the pass to access reduced merchant fees on MoonPay Commerce (1% instead of the standard 2%).

Final payout amounts depend on the total size of the rewards pool and the number of successful claims. For this reason, exact figures will not be confirmed until the redemption period concludes. Calculation Example: If the final balance is $428,000 and 5,000 passes are claimed, the reward would be $85.60 per pass.
